Having a variety of well established and grown client accounts supplying (mainly Perm staff) such as, business operations, business development, procurement, supply chain and logistics.
Focused on the business operations and support roles - international clients and placements securing high invoice values (av £15-16k per/placement).
THE OPPORTUNITY
Recruitment Consultant.
Stepping into a lucrative sector of recruitment and joining a business with strong client base and active roles/accounts to deliver on from day 1.
Your role will begin much more (270), no need for cold new business development – client relationships and candidate sourcing will be the focus.
Grow your knowledge and understanding of international recruitment and the Pharmacutical industry before you begin to migrate into new client business (if you wish to progress to this).
Join a mature business that offers hybrid working from day 1 (3x office days, 2x home days).
An experienced team with a huge amount of support and industry experts around you.
To be involved in a highly profitable sector of recruitment yielding £15k-£16k average placement fees and commission earning up to 35% of everything you bill/generate.

ABOUT YOU
Recruitment experience would be ideal (Perm placements).
Very open to people from customer service, sales, account management (must be 3+ years working experience and stable employment history).
Commercial acumen essential.
Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
