THE AGENCY

An independent agency specialising in the education sector.

Based in the Warwickshire countryside, supporting primary, secondary and SEN schools with the supply of teachers, TA’s, SEND specialists, cover staff and support staff.


As an independent agency they have a tight team of experienced professionals to share knowledge and learn on each other for shared success.

High performance numbers with an average of £6,500 per/week in revenue being generated per consultant.

High performers archiving £17,000 per/week - and, with 12.5-15% commission the earning are high.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a recruitment consultant your role will be to generate, hold and grow client relationships.

There is a team of compliance officers and resourcers to ensure a good and steady flow of qualified and ready to work candidates. This allows you the time to focus on your client relationships and filling bookings as you gain them.

(a large reason why the billing numbers are high).

You maybe recruiting industrial or driving and earning very, very low commission – imagine generating £6-7k per/week and earning 12.5-15% commission instead - £3,000+ per/m on commission alone!

ABOUT YOU

Recruitment experience is essential (any sector considered).
Ideally a temporary sector, or experience placing temps.

Attitude is the most important factor. A desire to want to build and grow – develop client relationships and grow within the recruitment industry.
