This company prides itself on steering away from traditional recruitment techniques such as ‘CV harvesting’ and instead, building tangible relationships and headhunting the highest quality of candidates. 

Serving business to London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, this business is looking to grow their team in Hertfordshire.

THE OPPORTUNITY 

To maintain and develop a very warm desk within the finance sector which is currently generating up to 300K annually.  

Deal with candidates in high demand with a targeted approach. 

To develop into recruitment under the banner of a leader within the finance sector.

This company has a mass of clients they have worked with so new business development can be done on very warm grounding. 

Earning opportunities and bonus structures are competitive across the recruitment sector. 

THE BENEFITS 

Up to £50k – basic salary (up to) (DOE)

Previous 360 finance recruitment experience. 

Ability to listen, understand and be curious about your market.
