​Recruitment Consultant = Delivery - Insurance, business change and IT

Location = Fully Remote

Salary = Up to £35k

Boasting a stellar client base with many exclusive roles and a flexible work culture (everyone works remotely) – they are pushing further growth due to business demands.

The need for someone to deliver against client needs.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Be pure delivery/resourcing as there are an abundance of positions and roles that require immediate attention.

To have the flexibility to work fully remote (with no threat of this changing as the business is run full remote for all employees).

The roles sit within the business change and IT space so are well qualified with client’s people want to work for – meaning high revenue placements in business you ‘can’ sell to your candidates.

Progression can be achieved through pure delivery, or should you wish to become client facing and business winning this can also be achieved. (the choice is yours).

ABOUT YOU

Experience in recruitment is essential. (across IT/Tech/Change sectors).
However - attitude is the most important factor.

(all IT/Tech sectors considered).
Looking for someone who can fill roles, is motivated and hungry to deliver.
Someone who knows the value of being in a good market, is coachable, and commercially aware.
