Role Overview:
As business development manager, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our client base, focusing on both contract and permanent placements within your chosen market discipline or wide sector ranges. (quality clients over industry specifics).
Using the service delivery teams you will be able to develop large scale business relationships rather than simply 1’s and 2’s. Develop team verticals and push toward the MD role of business development.
This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional adept at full-cycle recruitment and business development. You can grow and lead a team of Associate Directors, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, and collaborate closely with our service delivery teams to ensure client needs are met with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting medium to large organizations.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Associate Directors, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, with a particular emphasis on the USA and DACH regions. (This can be UK focused recruitment a well if that is your specialism).
Service Delivery Coordination: Work in tandem with service delivery teams to ensure seamless fulfilment of client requirements.
Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record in 360-degree or business development recruitment within a white-collar professional services sector/s.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams (would be great, but not essential).
Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of your recruitment landscape, with insights into emerging trends and opportunities.
