The Role
You’ll join a high-performing perm team placing top-tier talent in electronics and high-tech across the UK and Europe. You’ll own your niche, build relationships that stick, and be trusted to do what you do best – bill well and grow your desk.
With huge business requirements there will be plenty of active roles to deliver on from day 1.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (we back you to do it your way).
Build long-term client partnerships in professional, relationship-driven markets.
Work alongside and learn from industry leaders generating £100k+ quarters.
Earn from £0 on every penny you bill – no thresholds holding you back.
