If you’ve worked in or around cyber security, national security, or tech recruitment and you get what SC, DV, and the national clearance world means (or you're eager to learn quickly) this could be your move.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver into high-demand cyber & national security roles - SMEs who supply into Primes (not the Primes themselves).
Understand and navigate the complex world of security clearance (SC/DV/green badges).
Find and engage rare talent in a tight, exclusive, and candidate-short market.
Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients - you’ll own the delivery.
Report into the Cyber/National Security lead, and work alongside a tight-knit, high-performing team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in tech, cyber, defence, or national security recruitment preferred, but we’ll consider sharp resourcers or consultants from other sectors (marketing, tech, software, accountancy) who want to go niche.
Solid understanding of or willingness to research security clearances (SC, DV, etc.).
Delivery-first mindset - we’ve got the jobs, we need the people.
Personality matters - no egos, no hard sellers - no d*cks.
You're curious, coachable, resilient, and can laugh at yourself.
Salary & Commission:
£25-28k (Junior)
£30-35k (Mid)
£40-45k (Senior)
Uncapped Commission up to 30% (on total monthly invoice value - no thresholds).
