Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £32,000 – £50,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission
Work Pattern: 3 days in-office (Mon, Tues, Thurs) | 2 days WFH

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own your desk: This is a cold desk, but don’t be put off. You’ll have the tech, training, and mentorship to turn it into a powerhouse.

  • Full 360 control: From client meetings to candidate placements, you run the show.

  • Focus on SMEs: Less red tape, more relationships. You’ll work with clients you can truly impact.

  • Hunt in packs: We win together. Collaboration is in our DNA.

Who You Are

·         You’ve got new business development experience and you’re not afraid to pick up the phone.

·         You love the chase and the close.

·         You want structure but hate micromanagement.

·         You’re hungry for progressionwith a clear path to Senior, Principal or Management.

·         You're looking for a role where behaviour matters as much as billings.
