​Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accounting (or construction) (US Market)

 

Location: Wootton Bassett, (can be hybrid)
Salary: Up to £35k DOE + Uncapped Commission (Up to 25% on everything)
Hours: Mon–Thurs: 12–7pm | Fri: 9–2pm (Admin Day)

We’re on the hunt for a driven, experienced Recruitment Consultant to launch and scale a brand-new Perm Finance & Accounting division focused on the booming US market both within our extensive client base and generating new business opportunities.

This isn’t just a desk – it’s a business within a business. You’ll have the autonomy to own your state, work with huge fee potential (think £20k–£40k average deal sizes), and build a team under you as you grow.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • 360 recruitment across the US Finance & Accounting space (perm focus)

  • Develop and manage a hot desk with access to massive pre-built data

  • Build deep client partnerships with senior hiring managers across the US

  • Source and place top-tier finance talent – from Controllers to CFOs

  • Eventually, hire and lead your own team within your patch

You’ll Need:

  • Solid 360 recruitment experience (perm focus preferred) ideally A&F.

  • Ambition to build something, not just fill roles

  • Confidence in managing clients and pushing for exclusivity

  • A curious, commercial mindset – you get how to close and deliver

  • Experience in Finance, Accounting, or US markets? Even better.
