Location: Milton Keynes
Base Salary: £28k–£40k + smashing commission
OTE: Extremely high
Hours: 10am–7pm (Reality: later finishes will be part of the role)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Full-cycle search & sell: From cold calls to closing $300k deals. Think sniper, not scattergun.

  • Engage the top 1%: Reach and influence elite professionals from Google, Meta, and the world’s most prestigious firms.

  • Own your pod: Build a £2.5M revenue team of 4 and earn £250k+ before you even include your own billings.

  • Train like a pro athlete: Seriously—performance coaching, wellness allowance, private healthcare. You’ll be treated like an investment.
