What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own your desk across Motorsport, Aerospace, Aviation, Defence, or Manufacturing

  • Be bold on business development: bring in new clients, get full role ownership, and build your own mini empire

  • Work collaboratively with a buzzing team that’s flat-out delivering across sectors

  • Be rewarded for every penny you bill – with no threshold and up to 25% commission on everything

What’s In It For You?

  • Salary: Up to £40K basic

  • Commission:

    • 0–10K: 10%

    • 10–15K: 15%

    • 15–25K: 20%

    • 25K+: 25%

    • Contract: 15% from Day 1

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven recruiters – full 360 recruiters in technical markets!

  • Experience in engineering, aerospace, motorsport, manufacturing, or technical sectors

  • A self-starter mentality – someone who wants to build, not just bill

  • Ambition to grow a desk, build a team, and take ownership

  • Longevity in previous roles and a love for what you do
