THE OPPORTUNITY

Joining the London team (based in South London) as a recruitment consultant.

Focused on generating new client relationships, growing the existing relationships and matching suitable candidates to the schools.

NO candidate sourcing required – A team working with you, will actively source candidates for you to sell into schools.

Your role is looking at the bigger picture and growing the market share of the business and gaining new requirements from new/existing clients for the candidate team to work on.

The opportunity to progress through the wider business is clear and there for you to take advantage of (even relocation to the US arm of the business).
