THE OPPORTUNITY

An opportunity to join a deeply embedded construction sector agency, with consultants that have a vast amount of recruitment and construction knowledge.

You would be jumping into the team as a full 360 PERM recruitment consultant across the construction market.

There is a HUGE database of clients with requirements that need sourcing and servicing for.

Embed yourself in the team and start to build strong and stable relationships with clients.

You will have the chance to run your own desk and build it up as big as you wish, whilst handling the day-to-day running of your engagements.

 

THE BENEFITS

Up to £40,000 basic salary (DOE).

Commission plans (Up to 25% on everything)

BILL £25k = £6,250 Commission

Hybrid working available (2-3 days from home)

ABOUT YOU

Previous construction recruitment experience is ideal, would consider other similar industries/markets of recruitment.

A desire to bed yourself within the sector and want to succeed.
