Specialist within the USA.

Currently focused on white collar construction opportunities, being its USA focused the fees are higher, there are more clients, more candidates and no notice periods.

Average fess sitting at $25,000.

(UK vs USA market):

£8k average fee, 1x placement per/m = £96k annual billing. = EARN = £32-35k

$25k average fee, 1x placement per/m = $300k annual billing. = EARN = £100k+

To compliment the white-collar construction side we are looking to launch out:

Quality & Operations (within) Manufacturing & Engineering.

HUGE opportunity to build out this market in the USA (and employee a team of 12 beneath you).

+ Commission plan (25% on all revenue) – Bill $25k = £6,250 (1x deal)

2+ year(s) experience manufacturing/engineering/ops/quality recruitment within an agency.
