THE OPPORTUNITY

To join the Hertfordshire branch (Stevenage) recruiting across all primary, secondary and SEN markets as either a:

 

Recruitment consultant (or Senior).

OR

Trainee (from a sales background)

 

As a consultant you would be covering all the above markets recruiting across the Hertfordshire area.

Tasked with going out, winning new business, and fulfilling requirements with those clients.

As a new branch, you have the chance to be a part of something that has true growth and transformation plans and make a mark on the business.

 

THE BENEFITS

Recruitment Consultant: Up to £35,000 (DOE).

Trainee: Up to £25,000 (DOE)

Commission plan

Weekly and termly incentives

Work from home flexibility available.

Reduced working hours during school holidays

(7am-4:30pm during term time, 8am-3pm during school holidays).

 

ABOUT YOU

Previous recruitment experience is essential for the experienced position.

Sales experience is required for the trainee role.

However, different sector experience (within recruitment) would be considered for the recruitment consultant role (1+ years).

Money motivated and driven to earn as much as possible in a very lucrative market.

Attitude is the key requirement - being motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
