THE OPPORTUNITY

A chance to take over a HOT desk and start earning from day 1. Focused on Primary education settings, currently generating £12.5k - £15k per/week,

Averaging 195-270 days out per/week.

You will take over recruiting across the Primary settings for Perm, Contract and Temp candidates in the Harrogate area.

If you step onto the desk and look to generate further business to work on, the desk could easily start generating £20k per/week.

There are also clear opportunities in the business to progress up the ladder to senior/leadership roles.

THE BENEFITS

£28,000 - £40,000 basic salary (DOE)

ABOUT YOU

2+ years’ experience within recruitment is essential, education recruitment is ideal.

Will consider people transitioning from other markets.

Must have a proven track record in revenue generation and progression.

Very good work ethic and hard-working mentality.

Attitude is the most critical, being motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
