A research-led practice, holding a large and dedicated search team focused on candidate networking to keep you (the client engagement team) well fed with superior candidates in order to fulfil mandates efficiently and effectively. The research team holding language skills across (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Serbian and Russian).

THE OPPORTUNITY
Take a step away from contingent recruitment and into senior level search and retained assignment winning and fulfilling.
With a team of expert researchers and delivery consultants around you, your roles are in great hands for candidate supply.
Your role is to push assignments over the line. New business and client generation – for long term assignments globally. The search team take it from there – you will still account manage the client, but they will do the leg work on the search.
Your role is client liaison, from new business to account management and long-term project wins.
Taking your career and position much further into the search world – retained assignments and far greater fees and earnings. A £200k biller – would generate £400k here!
Bi-yearly salary reviews (a new hire who started on £50k base, was on £80k base by end of year 1).
EMI share scheme for senior (3, 5, 7 year touch points).
THE BENEFITS
Basic salary - Up to £60,000.
+ Commission 35%
+ Hybrid (Tuesday and Wednesday in office) the rest is up to you.
+ Last Friday of the month off.

3 years+ recruitment experience. (from an industry that hold a supply chain, an industry with a product).
