Dedicated support to Special Needs Schools and SEND recruitment.

As a business they source, train and match the right SEN specialists to the right schools and children.

Growing the independent agency via geographical locations headed via the HQ in Camberly.

Driving business with relationship driven approach, creating long placement bookings, stable revenue generation and giving employees real opportunities for substantial financial rewards and career prospects.

 

THE OPPORTUNITY

Develop relationships within SEN provisions, mainstream schools and candidates.

Building your dedicated geographical desk/area and having a team placed beneath you in fast order to ensure the growth of your divisional area and your career.

With a top tier commission structure and sensible working hours/patterns – you can be a top education recruiter without having to be on call 24/7.

Working 9-5.30 and 5hour days in the school holidays.

With all aimed long term bookings.

 

THE BENEFITS

Basic salary - Up to £40,000.
(£25k at entry level, though to £40k for recruitment and education recruitment experience)

+ Commission from 10%-25% of all revenue (bill £10k per/m – earn £2,500 in commission).

+ 36 days holiday.

+ 5-hour days (reduced hours in the school holidays, 13-weeks per year).

+ 9am – 5.30pm standard working day.

+ Team events.

+ All tech provided.

+ Clear and real career growth prospects.

 

ABOUT YOU

1 year+ sales experience. (recruitment experience is ideal, especially temp recruitment experience)

Attitude is key, motivated, ambitious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about progression.
