THE OPPORTUNITY
An opportunity to join the business as a recruitment consultant across Education (SEN).
With a pre-existing client base, you will be able to hit the ground running from day one.
With a number of different clients and requirements, you will be able to solely focus on filling the available roles.
You will be able to take advantage of continual training and development as well as learning from experienced members of the team.
THE BENEFITS
Up to £30,000 (DOE)
(Trainee up to £25k – Experienced recruiter up to £30k)
+ Commission structure (Up to 20%)

ABOUT YOU
Recruitment experience is ideal (1+ years), would consider sales (non-recruitment) experience (2+ years)
Attitude and personality is KEY – Self-motivated, good time management, a ‘get up and go’ attitude.
