THE OPPORTUNITY

The chance to join the business as a branch manager for a brand-new office in Manchester recruiting across the built environment (Construction, rail, M&E – White or Blue collar)

You will have the support but autonomy to run the branch as you see fit and how it works best for you.

You will be going out to win new client relationships, build and develop these relationships.

Servicing all client requirements whilst building a strong candidate database to work from.

You will have the full guidance from the senior leadership team to grow the branch as efficiently as possible.

Once you have got things off the ground and steadily moving forward, you will have full autonomy to start building the team up (ideally looking to grow headcount to 10 (Including you)

ABOUT YOU

You will have 4+ years agency recruitment experience across either Construction, M&E, Rail, Engineering (Blue collar or White collar).

Whether you are a Senior/Principal/Managing consultant OR currently a branch manager – this role could be suitable for you.

You will have the want and ambition to grow a team from the start and push to develop people working under you.

You will be a team player with a motivated and business focused attitude.

A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.
