To lead 20 new starters into the Manpower brand.
These will be joining the business via the new government kickstart scheme.
You will be responsible for mentoring each individual and taking them under your wing to carry out the full onboarding process into the group.
You will spread them out across the Manpower business, exposing them to all aspects of what we do.
Ensure all 20 new recruits progress and develop, making sure you track the data, look at improvements and carry out weekly and monthly 121’s, action plans and general hand holding.
Some assistance maybe required with internal recruitment during peek times.
£25,000 – basic salary (DOE)
