THE OPPORTUNITY
Become a remote working labour/operations manager.
You will be assigned to designated labour sites where you would deal with trouble shooting, site requests, PPE, Labour supply.
These range from small sites through to projects such as HS2 (BBV).
Your role will be supported by the wider internal recruitment team that can deal with the labour requirements needed on a daily basis.
This role would really suit someone looking to step away from a new business role or step up from a resourcing role into a more site-based labour management role, or someone to come away from sales and new business.
Be supported with a full base salary, car and fuel card, rather than having to chase commission.
Progress into ops and senior ops management.

ABOUT YOU
You could be a resourcer, labour manager or 360 consultant - looking for a pure delivery/site management focused role.
Experience within construction/infrastructure/civils recruitment is required. (Blue collar).
Organised and fast worker.
Desire for career growth and progression desirable.
Ideal role for someone looking to step into a fully delivery focused position away from a 360 sales role.
