THE OPPORTUNITY

Become an on-site labour co-ordinator working on the HS2 site in Birmingham.

You will be a part of the labour desk for the business on-site overseeing responsibilities such as; handling time sheets, attending regular meetings to understand requirements from clients, updating the system and passing off requirements to the team to fill.

You will be representing the business at the morning meetings to attain requirements from the client, posting vacancies and job descriptions and relaying role descriptions to the team (if you are able to resource and fill the roles, you will be able to).

You will be the main point of contact for client/candidates for any time sheet queries, admin trouble shooting and general office/paperwork related issues.

ABOUT YOU

Previous co-ordinator experience within construction recruitment is ideal, however any sector of recruitment OR customer service will be considered.

Organised and fast worker. (knowledge of, excel, word, civils, rail, construction, and be IT literate).

Desire for career growth and progression desirable.
