Recruiting for high level white collar (contract) engineering and build positions across:
Life Sciences, Renewable Energy and Data.
Providing over 6,000 hours of training annually to the teams with a large amount of team socials, from events, BBQ’s, meet ups and more.
Maintaining both high performance (Over £300k average per/biller) as well as longevity in role (with high staff tenure).
THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining the talent acquisition team for a recruitment agency focused on further growth.
The internal head count growth numbers across delivery, sales and operations teams are too large for the current team to handles and therefore a new hire is required.
You would imbed yourself into the business, the hiring managers and wider teams.
Focused on hiring into the UK HQ (based in Berkhamsted) – the USA office is now being handled by a direct USA focused TA.
Hiring a mixture of newbies, delivery, sales, managers and operations roles.
There are several internal referrals that come in (some 30% of positions have been filled through this route in 2025).
Understanding:
Market mapping, building trust with managers (to coach, educate and push back), pipeline and have a good understanding of hiring timeframes and trends. Track businesses and candidates.
This would NOT suit a salesy person. Someone who is able to think outside the box (careers fairs, LinkedIn groups, online seminars, etc).
THE BENEFITS
Salary - £35,000 (DOE)
Commission - £500-£750 per/placement (working on 2 placements per/month)
Yearly bonus based on achievable
Hybrid working (2 days from home)

Recruitment experience essential, ideally rec2rec or agency talent team, following this an internal recruiter who understands TA for an agency and the roles we hire for.
