My client are looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Manager or a Senior Consultant looking to take the next step!

The Role

• Manage the existing industrial team 

• Train and mentor existing staff

• Responsibility for industrial growth within the current clients as well as new

• Generate new leads 

• Manage a busy client base with site visits

• To manage the teams daily and weekly KPIs

The Benefits

• £35,000 to £45,000 (Depending on experience)

The Candidate

• Industrial recruitment experience is essential

• You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build

• Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused.

• Ability to match candidates to job specifications

• Exceptional communication skills

• Previously managed a team 

• Full UK driving license is essential
