THE OPPORTUNITY

To operate at a national level selling large scale services for the Manpower logistics business.

As ‘Head of Sales’ you will have the autonomy to proactively offer trails, presentations, and develop business relationships ready for when that company is actively seeking tenders to recruit.

You will have a variety of products and services to sell in, from the Manpower driver academy, now trained over 4,000 new drivers to onsite, volume capacity services, including dedicated MSP’s and national works.

Develop relationships, understand the value of service selling and BID processes to secure national contracts at volume levels.

 

THE BENEFITS

£40,000-£65,000 – basic salary (DOE)

Bonus and Benefits (could easily be over a 6-figure package)

+ car + pension
