As the Financial Controller you would be focused on Management accounts, business plans, budgeting, forecasts, cash flow and more.

Responsibilities:

To join the business as a financial controller with the ability to come in and take ownership in the role.

Creating accurate and clear financial reports within a specific time frame. Reconciling balance sheets, handling data around consultant performance against budgets and reporting on such factors.

You will be maintaining consistent and effective communications with other departments in the business for close and concise relationships.

Aiding in recommendations around potential alterations and enhancements to company procedures and policies in order to further benefit the company in its entirety.

Monitoring and clearly understanding business cash flow, future trends to be able to create long term business plans to assist with decision making.

Managing financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems and making sure you are fully versed in financial regulations and legislations.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and managing the month, half-year and end of year financial accounts and reporting processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a financial controller, management accountant or similar role, but MUST have experience working within a recruitment business.

Confident and comfortable with all things accounts within a recruitment business and being able to hit the ground running in the role.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive data-driven decision-making.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to £50,000 basic salary (DOE).

35 Days holiday + BHs.

Hybrid working available.
