A European and Global client focused Life Science recruitment business, specialising in the clinical trials area. Operating across contract and permanent recruitment with large accounts to work on.

The agency is growing in size due to expanded client base and huge (and current) client demand. Large average deal sizes of around £12k means this opportunity is both financially rewarding as well as being career and recession proof.

THE OPPORTUNITY

To be trained and supported into managing large accounts with multiple hiring needs. To progress your career within the business. To take a step into recruitment within a stable and strong market learning about UK and overseas recruitment processes.

THE BENEFITS

Basic salaries – £20,000 - £22,000

Commission with no thresholds.

Flexible working days depending on the geographical project you
are recruiting for.

ABOUT YOU

You will be at least 2 years commercially experienced within sales, customer service or recruitment. You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build. Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player, hardworking and business focused. A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook. Someone looking to join recruitment a new market within and continue to develop your skill set are both equally desirable.
