THE OPPORTUNITY

To take charge of the Midlands, from a dedicated Birmingham hub.

Lead focus on Commercial (temp and perm) recruitment taking responsibility for 4x recruiters.

With office expansion to 15 next year, across desired divisions.

You will be left alone to build and grow the Midlands operation in your own light, reporting directly to the MD as required about strategy and growth plans.

THE BENEFITS

Basic salary £60,000 – (doe)

Personal commission

Branch override @ 10% of billings

ABOUT YOU

You will have good experience across Commercial recruitment (office support) and management.

Temp or perm experience is fine, experience on both is desirable.

Single office/team management or multi-office experience is fine.

Ability to lead, develop and demonstrate a high performance (leading by example) is key.

You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.
