The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow the Birmingham branch.
Lead by example in business development and client relationship management.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team.
Take full responsibility for P&L, driving profitability and success.
Work closely with senior management to shape the future of the business.
