THE OPPORTUNITY
To take over a growing branch just North of Bristol city.
The branch is running with:
1x trainee, 1x senior and 1x BDM (part-time) who reports directly to the regional manager.
Operating at a GM of £6,000 per/w.
You will be able to recruit without the red tape, given this business is privately owned and makes fast decisions.
You will handle all branch operations, sales, training, coordination, reporting, as well as hiring into your team.
Take on existing national and local clients as well as develop the branch further through new business.

ABOUT YOU
You will have recruitment and operational experience.
360 experience and previous management experience is essential.
An understand of the temp markets and temp recruitment.
You will be career minded with a desire to personally grow and build.

Full UK driving licence.
