THE OPPORTUNITY

To lead a team of 5 (growing to 20 at peak times) who are responsible for screening CV’s into this recruitment business.

Your role will be data oriented, creating detailed and clear analytics for the senior leadership team to be able to make strategic decisions from.

Oversee your team of CV screeners, collate, and present data reports and carry out a variety of administrative tasks.

£25,000 – basic salary (DOE)
